Welcome to 4th Grade Reading and Language Arts! I am so excited to be working in partnership with you to ensure your child has a wonderful year of spiritual and academic growth.  I grew up in the Lutheran church and school system - I was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Klein, and I was also blessed to attend school here from Pre-K through 8th grade. This place holds such a special place in my heart, and I have such incredible memories of the different activities, teachers, coaches, lifelong friends, and fun times, but most of all, having the privilege to learn and grow in an environment centered around the love of Jesus. I am beyond grateful to be a part of the Trinity Klein family as I go into my 9th year of teaching. Prior to coming to Trinity, I was a 4th grade Reading and Writing teacher in Houston ISD for seven years. God answered my prayer in the most crystal clear way, which ultimately led me to Trinity to teach 3rd grade last school year. I am so excited to be back in 4th grade and work with you and your child this year! 

In addition to God answering my prayer and bringing me to Trinity, He answered another huge prayer and led me to my fiancé, Lee, who serves as the Senior Pastor of Trinity. We are so excited to be getting married this New Year's Eve! I am the youngest of four siblings (also graduates of Trinity Klein!) who are responsible for my favorite little people ever - my nine (almost 10!) nieces and nephews! When I'm not teaching, I love to spend time with Lee, my family and friends, as well as travel, workout, cook, and go to concerts. In addition to teaching at Trinity, I am also looking forward to coaching volleyball and basketball!
